PACKAGING LINES
The company operates 13 packaging lines, the latest three equipped with hoppers — all featuring independent weighing baskets for each container and load cells protected against overloads. An additional off-line system diverts packages whose weights fall outside the tolerance range.
The newest machine, designed for multi-pocket bag packaging, includes 20 baskets and extends over 21 meters in length. It can produce bags with up to 16 individual pockets, significantly simplifying component assembly for the end user. Customers can also personalize the printing displayed on their hardware bags.
Weight Systems
The latest packaging lines are equipped with hoppers and advanced weighing technologies, featuring independent weighing baskets for each container and load cells protected against overloads. An off-line device automatically diverts packages whose weights fall outside the tolerance range.
Storage Facilities
Materials are sorted and stored in five large, company-owned warehouses managed by skilled employees, ensuring efficient supply management and on-time deliveries.
